Prevent Child Abuse California, an affiliate of Prevent Child Abuse America, coordinates the good work of all the stat’s child abuse prevention agencies and organizations, and takes the lead at the State Capitol, where it lobbies for child abuse prevention legislation. Prevent Child Abuse California also provides home visitation, parenting education and other child abuse prevention services directly to children and families throughout the state. | |

Child Abuse Prevention Council of Sacramento has led the way in child protection efforts, pioneering successful child abuse prevention programs that have become models for other groups throughout California and the nation. Its many innovative programs include the Child Death Review Team, CAPC Corps and the Family Support Collaborative. | |

Lift the Children works internationally to protect vulnerable children and families. Its global partnerships create, revitalize and strengthen community-based services for children of all ages, from infants who have been abandoned and abused to older youth exiting orphanages and foster care. Shared expertise with its CAP Center colleagues allows Lift the Children to adapt and replicate successful local program models on the international stage, keeping families together and children safe and out of institutions. | |
Child Abuse Research and Evaluation Institute was created in 2005 to meet the growing needs of programs, agencies, organizations, and institutions to research, evaluate, and improve child abuse prevention services in culturally-diverse communities. The CARE Institute has three central objectives: 1) to improve evaluation and research practices and methodologies that support child abuse prevention; 2) to enhance child abuse prevention services and related family support programs through research, evaluation, and continuous program improvement; and 3) to disseminate research and evaluation findings in order to further develop the fields of child abuse prevention and family support as well as to influence public policy. |
