The publication will describe the factors that have contributed to the growth and development if FRCs and how these programs have expanded into other institutions including education, libraries, health centers and childcare centers. This publication will reflect what has been learned in the last fifteen years and provide a guide to the complex landscape of service provision, resident engagement and community development.
